You get what you pay for.
Turbo bearings have to be machined very precisely. similarly the turbine and shaft have to be balanced.
Poorly made turbos will not last.
No idea who makes these, but they are probably not of good quality.

you want a k04 that was made in germany, not taiwan.
an actual borg warner turbo will have a triangular 'K' logo stamped on the compressor housing. don't buy one unless it has this because otherwise it's not a genuine part.
