I ve been doing some searching on this board and have come up short.

Is there any way to tell if my audi came standard with keyless entry?

I have replaced the CLP twice and i bought the correct key fob from online with no luck. Each time the doors unlock proper and the pump works, but i can never program the Fob.

On the side of my car is the alarm picture, but i've never seen any part of the car looking like it has an alarm minus a blinking light on my dash.

Open your trunk and remove the floor as to expose the spare tire, on the wall there you should find an options sticker. Take a picture of it with a camera and then download the picture to a computer, blow it up a little to see the writing, and then type all the option codes in this Audi Option Code Decoder. It will tell you what options your car left the factory with. If it doesn't and you have the alarm window sticker, either A, it's a fake meant to deter someone from breaking in, or B, it's aftermarket.

 

can you explain the location of the sticker again.

I seem unable to find it.

 

nevermind, i found my service book. It looks like i do not have any option for an alarm or remote or central locking.

 

If you found your option sticker, check for code 4K0, this is the code for "Radio remote controlled central locking operated from inside".

 

sucks i cant find what options mine was since the guy i bought the car dynamated the whole ******* car
