ko4 in a 1997, is it possible??
Its time to replace my k03, and i was going to just replace it with another ko3 but I herd that the ko4-015 would bolt right in and get more power, kind of like an upgrade. Is this true? Can i do it? thanks
yeah, you can upgrade, but you will need to make some other upgrades
dv, tuning are definite
i would also upgrade the clutch(if you have one) and the inner cooler
i will make sure all my vac hoses are good

I should have put some more info on my car, I have a excedy stage 2 clutch, and a forge 007 DV. So all I would need is a intercooler? I mean can I run the ko4 for a bit on the stock intercooler until I upgrade it?

you dont need a new intercooler to run the k04, youre going to want tuning for it. Giac's regular file is your best bet if you dont have the cash, otherwise the pc16 would be best, but that needs a fmic and injectors
