Just a question. I bough some led plate lights and some back up lights from KrautoLED back in December. They haven't arrived and the only response I got was two weeks ago I began the process of starting a paypal claim and in the correspondence he told me he'd send them out and also upgrade them. I still haven't received anything. Has anyone recently bought something from them in the past month and gotten their package? I've elevated the paypal claim and hopefully I can get my money back. Beware of this vendor. I had heard good things about him but this is getting ridiculous.

 

I ordered HIDs 2 weeks ago from them. Contact them through FB, that got my order to me in 2 days after not hearing anything for about a week. I'm not sure what's been up with them recently with the delay in shipping.

 

I know Emil personally, he's a good guy. He's been having issues with his suppliers recently which have been increasing the shipping times significantly. Message him on Facebook and he'll get everything sorted out. I've been buying stuff from him for years and he's never done me wrong.

 

He may be a good guy but I attempted to contact him through facebook, paypal communications, and email but he never responded to my attempts through any medium. I was getting close to the maximum time allowable for filing a claim through paypal so I had to. As of today he failed to respond to the escalation where communication is mediated by paypal and they are crediting my account. I would have loved to get some bulbs and now I need to find another vendor but at least I got my money back.

 

That's really too bad. He added me on FB after I posted on the kr auto FB page. So if I ever have an issue in going right to him haha.
