Default labree HFC vs other

Hey all

I have the choice of getting iether a Labree HFC for $339 plus 120 to install, plus $90 post (To Australia) or getting my local exhaust shop to fit their own HFC to my car for $320 (roughly 290 US).

What would be the estimated increased in HP from the labree HFC and would it be much better than the shop hfc to warrant the extra costs?

Thx in advance

No way to know without knowing who makes your shop's cat, what the specs are, diameters, etc. Labree is known to be good. Your shop probably uses one that is also good. Since you might see a 5-10hp gain using a Labree, max, I doubt you'd feel any difference between that and your local one unless the design and construction completely sucks.

I went the same way as Soley4pres... Got my 034 HFC a week ago, it's great quality no doubt.
