how long was the acutall "build" time....... not with bs and stuff....... and you have an 01 right?
did you get everything to work out ok....... can you take pics of the thrust sensor..... as it seems most of the diy's are pre 170 hp motors

My kit was $189 shipped man, we had to cut almost every pipe!
It took roughly 9-10 hours total.
Yeah, let me take a picture of the MAP sensor flange... I know there's not a whole lot of contributions towards figuring it out on post-2000 B5 models. Speaking of which, I have an '00, not an '01:

9-10 hrs what did you guys do get out the girly mags and *******?
i am planning on doing this while i have the front end off for my water pump, and also my tp, tip and a8 brakes.......
i got the ebay ic... and 034 pipes.... just waiting on 2 more.... i am right about the same, i think 80 for cooler and 110 - 130 for pipes + stuff

Kraut, keep in mind we had to custom fabricate almost every pipe. That and we had homo-depot runs for mounting brackets and such.
It wouldn't have taken so long if we didn't have to cut and align so many of the pipes, I guess. I don't know what the longest part of the whole deal was.

That and trying to figure out how to get that stupid Secondary Air pump out, and the piping, and fixing the hose after it came off on the road, and trying to figure out how to get it on in the first place!

so you are talking from taking bumper off to putting bumper on...... then test drives and such....... cause like i said i have about 4 projects going at once.... and i have the whole weekend off so i can take my time but i am not wanting to go past dark really on sat...... and deffineatly not sun..... but if i have to i guess i get to drive the hyundai for a few days
