Little Help!! Trouble code 16687 and 16684

Have a 2001 A4 1.8T with trouble code 16687 and 16684. I understand the code is misfire in the #3 cylinder. What is my first move? Change plugs?

First move is to swap coil packs id say and see if the code shifts, then swapping or replacing spark plugs.

Thanks for the advise! I did replace all plugs so far, ran fine around the block. Now need to take out for a longer ride and see.
