Wash your car. Bulit up brake dust around components can cause squeeks. If your pads were worn terribly you'd hear grinding or the pad wear indicator would scrape on the rim of the rotor at all times or you'd have the pad wear warning lamp on. A little break squeel isn't anything to worry about. How long have you been driving cars?

Its annoying sometimes, but nothing to worry about, unless your back brakes don't engage like mine. Like onepoint8tee said, get the car washed or take it to a self wash place where you use a pressure washer and spray the brakes off real good.
