What trim covers are you referring to?

In order to get all that out you have to remove the center console housing - the black vinyl part that is next to your right leg, which houses your HVAC and frame that you're trying to pull. Look on the sides in the wheelwell down near the carpet on the center tunnel and you'll see small popout covers that hide screws. Remove them and take out the enclosure for the center section and then you can continue disassembly.

Pretty sure the climate control and ash tray have to come out to get a few more bolts.

Just been so long since I pulled my dash out.

Thas exactly what it needed. I pulled the climate control and saw i was getting stuck because the ashtray had 2 bolts holding it to the trim. Finally got everything out, wrapped and put back together and can honestly say thats something i never want to do again.
