Default MAF weird problem

Ok so my check engine light has been on and I have no boost, I finally got a hang of vag com and it reads p1857 load signal error from ecu. p114 MAf sensor to low. and p0102 and p0140, I just replaced my MAF about 3 weeks ago, so a couple days ago i took it out and ran better, the wring to the MAF seems a little worn. Also when the MAF was taken out it seemed like the car shifted smoother and had full boost. Could the wires pull the p1857 transmission code?

well if you have vag com, just watch your MAF readings while you drive around, they should read 2-5g/s at idle and up near 165-170g/s at 6k rpms. when you graph the data, it should be pretty linear inbetween. if your getting much higher, lower, or erratic numbers it could be the MAF or the wiring is loose/slightly broken.

forgot to add that the MAF reading was 2.3 G/S at idle and the Oxygen sensor ranged from -9.41% to 9.50%
