mbc with 3 inlets?

mbc with 3 inlets?
i recieved my forge mbc and realized it had 3 inlet pipes sticking out from it, i thought they were only suppose to have 2, how am i suppose to install this?

there is the link for it, it is toward the bottom of the page.
it says each side goes to the wastegate? do i just plug one side?
