Default MPG facts......and a question

Hey for those of you that travel a lot.....i have a 1.8t manual.....and driving frmo North Carolina to Miami.....the car gave me 30 mpg traveling with cruise control at 75mph and the full tank gave me 458miles till the light came on.....I just moved to Miami so if there are any users from the area....new friends would be great

thats really good, i get around 300 from from around 14 gallons cuz i dont run it down all the way. oh and i got the 2.8

i got mostly 40-50mph driving and very little highway.. have all the mods in my sig and my last tank gave me 370 miles.. i live on a mountain.. i think that was around 25 or 26 mpg

I average between 22/24 around town and managed 30 driving from Va Beach up to DC. Love this car, just wish I had a sixth gear.

Yeah I use to get about 30 at 80. Hopefully again after putting a desperately needed clutch in. Oh and add your location to your profile and you might just meet people from around there.

Jerks. I just did the math for mine twice, 18 mpg w/ my bike on the roof, 19 and change w/o. Guess I better get that EGR valve taken care of lol

I run highway every day and avg 80mph and usually get around 315 a tank, same when I drove to NY about 315 to a tank and I run the 1.8t no engine mods

same here. 310-315 but u r supposed to get around 22 mpg right? so 22x15= 330. so how do u get 30 mpg

haha yea when he said 30 im like dammnn i wish i got that.. but reading all of yours i guess 370 a tank isnt so bad with mods haha

hey guys idk.....i just did the trip abd before leaving i had a coolant flush, had a oil and filter change, two new front tires (mine is not quattro) and new spark plugs. I was on cruise control at 75 from north carolina and made it all the way down to jacksonville without filling up..
