Good call on the beer, there's a theory in computing called the Ballmer Peak that I've found also applies to working on B5's lol

lol they actually also discovered that its a curve, not a linear thing. You can't just give programmers a case of Jack and expect miracles. They tried that with Windows ME and we all know how that ended.

Extensions
Swivel sockets are awesome
Extendable magnet (it's nice when you're trying to take out that bottom torx bolt for the headlights so you don't drop it)

What do you mean? I'm still running my Millennium Edition like a true baller. People aren't running ME because they can't afford it.

Vagcom, gear wrenches, a dental mirror can be surprisingly handy, a map gas torch, 4 lb sledge, and a set of persuaders (varying length beefy prybars). These are in addition to the above.

giant allen wrech for trans fill, poly drives for head bolts, as stated before triple squares of all sizes and reverse torx(forgot what there called). for the head bolts on my donor aeb head i bought a cheapy 10mm triple square from the auto parts store and weled it to a cheapy 6 inch extensior to get the head bolts out. im used to taking apart chevy v8s. when i bought a motor for a build i noticed how nice it is only needing a few tools to take the whole motor apart. chevys take the whole damn tool box
