My DV is chattering.

My DV is chattering.
I went with chattering because it does not sound like a flutter. More like a "CHCHchchc"
Ok, well i just change my Forge Rs Valve 100% clockwise.
Since i have done this it chatters when i press in the clutch like a stock diverter valve on a VW. Just amplified.
Here is the DV, its a piston NOT a diaphragm and it is installed correctly, could it be because i tightened the spring down more or less?
Forge Motorsport | Alloy Fabrication
I'm going to tinker with it tomorrow and loosen it until it stops making the noise.
The spring must be too tight.

sucks for you aeb guys. even though your running maestro, you cant run mafless. i can! so na na! i just got my forge blow off valve in the mail too.
i would try adjusting it first. i went ahead and bought the spring tuning kit along with my blow off valve. if the adjusting doesnt work, it could be the turbo fluttering, which is a bigger deal.
if i were you id run a blow off valve anyways. just make sure its a dual piston one. forge's is called the 004. i know a guy selling one on audizine if your interested. running a dual piston blow off valve is ok even with an maf because it is closed at idle and wont let unmetered air in.
but how do you go you dv plumbled now? is it hooked up to the hot side or the cold side? if its on the hot side, i would recommend gettin it as close to the throttle body as possible. pics please

It is plumbed right into where my piping connects to the front mount, and then runs up back into the intake.
I was experiencing alot of engine knock last night and my vacuum was at around -17.
I loosened the spring almost all of the way, and my vacuum went up to -20 and im not experiencing any knock anymore.
