Drain coolant (or don't, but it will be messy), disconnect coolant lines and level sensor plug, replace tank, refill coolant and bleed system.
I like to use Goo Gone to remove stickers. Be careful about rubbing too hard and removing the paint, the clear coat is very thin in the engine bay.
WD40 + rag + energy. If that's not enough, dab a little acetone onto the grime. Still not enough? Lightly use a wire brush, you can scratch the manifold this way though.
Remove caps, acquire silver sharpie, trace. Take your time, don't color outside the lines.
See above. WD40 cures all.
Remove fasteners one by one and match at hardware store with stainless steel replacements. I suggest doing this little by little so you don't bawk at the total price. I probably spent $40-50 on stainless steel bolts, nuts, and washers.
WD40 + wire brush. Or just replace it. Best to use Norma brand (or any non-segmented brand) hose clamps.
See here.
See above.
I spent ~3 years working on my intake manifold on and off. It was something I would spend an hour on here and there when I was bored. I used a grinder to knock down the big stuff and then used a rat tail file to remove the casting marks between the runners and shape the curves. After that I used an air powered sander to run through the grits and polish it out. Then I bead blasted it and ran it through a parts washer to clean it out.
The result:

Got my rear roof spoiler from spoilerking today. Just finished putting it on a few minutes ago. So far so good. Quality is very nice, definitely seems like it is something that will last for a while.
Pictures to come tomorrow since it got dark out.

May have just scored a set of 4 17 inch Avus wheels for under $300. He also had them powder coated 2 years ago. No center caps and they will need tires but I haven't seen anything even close to this price for these wheels. Hard to find in my area too. Suppose to be meeting up tomorrow with him.
Really want 18's but I haven't even came across a set of those for the few months I've been looking. Anything is better than the 15's I have now. If this goes through it will be time to save up for suspension which is much more expensive than I though.

After a long time searching I finally found a set of S4 Avus wheels. Todays pickup:

Need tires and need to find center caps. Got all 4 for $260! I wasn't finding anything for under $500 until I came across these yesterday, and all of them I was seeing needed tires as well. I think I got these for a steal.
Let me know where I can get center caps.
Also purchasing a suspension setup from one of the admins here, Bilstein sport shocks with H&R race springs.

Carbon fiber vinyl wrapped the plastic trim piece that goes around the shifter today. We all know how bad they start to look. I personally hated the feel of it, every little piece of dirt would stick to it as well. Couple wrinkles at the bottom but I'm going to try and get those out. Enjoy.
Don't know how to rotate the pictures so they display right, blame Flickr.

Plasti dipped those 2 plastic pieces, the one that covers the battery and other stuff in the engine bay and the other one that goes up onto the windshield. Should have taken a before picture but I forgot.

Few things since my last post here:
1. Replasti dipped the front chrome on the grill because it was peeling (was like that since the day I did it)
2. Removed the black plasti dip from the rear badges so they are now back to the stock chrome color
3. New H7 Sylvania Silverstar bulbs installed
4. And the BIG one, received my Bilstein shocks and H&R race springs earlier in the week which will be installed this weekend, along with the 17 inch S4 Avus being mounted on Monday
Also got anthracite grey plastidip with one coat of gloss from dipyourcar.com for the wheels.
**Still looking for 17 inch Avus center caps, looking like eBay may be my only choice, and also very interested in purchasing OEM B5 roof racks!**
