Painted the windshield fluid, brake fluid, coolant and hydrolic caps black yesterday. Will take same pictures later after I clean the engine bay.

I did the same thing awhile back to my power steering container lid, I thought it was ugly as anything (I think it was like puke green). Granted I got flamed for it, as well as color matching my vacuum lines and engine cover lol. Looks better to me

Weird. I agree with you why keep an ugly green cap under the hood when nothing else at all is green. They stand out like a sore thumb.

I'll probably replace my vacuum lines just because it's a simple thing to do. I'm sure the originals are still in the car. Is there a write up on which lines to replace? Do you recommend silicone lines as well? Or something else?

I plasti-dipped all my caps black, painted the cap logos with a silver marker. To replace the vacuum lines just pull the old lines off one at a time, match the length, and replace.

I use Forge brand silicone hoses, 3mm for the small stuff, 6mm for the larger lines.

The palsti dipp does okay under the hot engine bay? Plasti dip is just awesome! I like the sound of the silver marker touch.

How much of each hose is needed?

Here's a few quick pictures of the engine bay.

I want to get that manifold polished up, I was thinking about using this stuff that I got

think it would be okay to use on that?

I personally painted most of my caps black, and used a q-tip to outline the letters in red. I used off brand silicone hose (3.5mm) and it's holding up fine, I only replaced the mess of tubing at the turbo (n75, waste gate, compressor housing, mbc), the manifold to fpr, and the DV to manifold. 5 feet was plenty for me. I haven't done the big hoses yet, I am waiting till I need to take off my manifold

Received and installed my chrome front turn signal bulbs today. Looks much better now that those ugly orange bulbs are out. It's amazing what just changing the color of the bulb can do.

Tomorrow my interior LEDs from superbrightleds should be here!

Yeah, no problem with the heat.

5ft of each should be enough.

Someone mentioned removing the manifold to replace the larger hoses. Why would that be?

I'll probably do the hoses in a few months once I get closer to getting a tune. Don't see a reason to do them now unless you think I should do them now.
