Default In need of DIY....

i have looked and looked and looked... i cannot find a DIY for installing lowering springs. i havent done it before but i am pretty good with cars and i know what it requires. i also know that i need to be aware of what im getting myself into, which is why i would like to find a DIY. if anyone could post a link i would greatly appreciate it......

I say screw DIYs, jump in with some tools and figure it out yourself. DIY's and repair manuals are a valuable asset, no doubt, but I believe figuring it out as you go and making mistakes and fixing them is the best way to learn. It's something that's being lost in the car community.

(this may just be the ramblings of a guy raised as an old style hot rodder.)

SVT, I like your thinking. I do like to have a reference for torque specs but otherwise yeah just dive in.

Well I don't have the money to fix my mistakes so I would rather research before. But I completely understand where you are coming from. I just don't have room for error

Torque specs: Turn until you're scared to turn any more, then turn 1/4 turn

Oh yeah, repair manuals are invaluable for torque specs. I'm not really discrediting them (it's the first thing I buy after the car) just saying I like to figure things out myself whenever possible.
