Default need help again guys

ok thanks.. i replaced it with a new one already and my temp gauge is now working, i have a quick question, after replacing the ect, i run the car to check if the temp is working fine but i noticed that my temp now goes on the half line? is it normal on audis? or do i need to put some more coolant on it? coz on other cars the normal is below the half line right?

Mine usually stays on like 200 (little below half) Im not sure more coolant is going to bring it down significantly I could be wrong though how much do you have in now?

Halfway is normal. As for coolant, two 1.5L bottles of G12 and water for the rest, filled to the full mark on the reservoir. Long as that's what you've got, you're set up perfectly.
