I've run into a problem with my H&R Race Springs. The problem is the rear springs are to tightly coiled so I'm unable to get the spring compressor around enough coils to compress it enough to fit it back into the spring boot.

I know a lot of people install these on their Audi's so any help would be nice.

 

Dropped them off at Firestone, looks like that was my only option reading thoroug other forums.

 

I can compress mine enough just using my body weight, I just lean on it and slip the bolt in.

 

My 150 lbs wasn't cutting it. It was $53 total from Firestone, had them back in 3 hours because they were really booked up that day.
