Just a quick question. I'm assuming I don't need to buy a new remote that wouldn't make sense. How do I access the battery on the remote? Do I take a mini screw driver and pop open that little crack on the front of the key chain and just replace it from in there?

It went dead on me like two weeks ago and it's getting very annoying having to manually put the key in the car door to lock and unlock the car. Especially at night, LoL

 

Yea you just put a screwdriver in that small slot in the center and pop it off, it will then just slide off. I brought it to autozone and got the batterys for like $3....but my range actually decreased, not sure why
