I am looking at buying an 2000 AUDI A4 2.8 QUATTRO AWD from my brother in law... I drove the car from seattle to chicago 3 years ago and it was good. How are they for repair after 88k mileage. I have no idea what to ask but dont want to buy a wrench hog.

They are picky and only had dealers do work so it might be a deal, what would that go for, $5k $7k ?
