Need your opinion on a wing "Poll Thread"
For mods, I draw a line at pretentiousness. I tinted the windows and upgraded all my lights not to try and make the car look like something it isn't, but to make it look like a slightly better version of what it is. All my planned mods will have some sort of benefit, as most of them in the near future will be suspension. Cosmetic mods like my lights, and the wheels I want, are the sort of thing which are simply intended to make the car look better - not make it look like some kind of racecar.
A wing, however, has an intended purpose - increase downforce at the back of the car at high speeds. Adding a wing to a car which cannot go fast enough to derive any benefit from a wing, or adding a wing which is purely cosmetic and would provide no aerodynamic benefit at all, no matter how fast the car was, is when we cross over into the realm of RICE.
Therefore, I vote that you do not install a wing on your car.

when i read the thread topic i knew it was gonna get ugly in here.
im not really a fan of any of those wings, the lip spoiler looks awesome and still has more of a stock feel instead of look at me. but if thats what you want, don't let some of these guys stop u.

What Emilgevor car will look like in two weeks

Here are some of my car - similar to #3. For those of you that don't know this is what the wing that AUDI sold as an add-on looks like, this one was a knock-off of that.

and the sig
And I know - I need to lower it, I'm in god damn ND and I still scrape all over the place after a good snow.
