I have the Audi spoiler that looks like option 3. I like it. It's not too extreme, yet it adds a little extra good look.

just to give you a straight answer without being judgmental id go with number 3 again its stock lookingish. personally if i did something wing like id go with a M3 lip spoiler (which i have) and roof spolier, osmething that small and sutle, but from your picks definetly number 3.
