Default Needing Some Advice

I've had my A4 for about a month now. Overall, the car is GREAT but there are a few things I am concerned about. It was lowered on Ksport suspension, full Greddy exhaust, aftermarket front bumper & headlights & 17" Motegi MR107 racing rims. Other than that, it is fully stock. It has about 207,000 miles on it & seems to be running strong. The ABS light stays on constantly & the Brake light flashes (Maybe a crushed ABS line?). Also, whenever I run the AC, there are times that I smell coolant but I see no evidence of a coolant leak. One of the biggest concerns is that the oil temp gauge seems to NEVER rise! No matter if I leave the car running for an hour, it is still showing that the oil temp is cold. The car, its self, doesn't seem to fully warm up unless it is left sitting & running for a while. It will go up to optimal temp position, but the moment I drive it, it seems to go back down to cold(maybe the thermostat is faulty or maybe there is no thermostat?)

***Car is throwing NO codes!!***

I know this is a lot of questions & yes, I am a female but please don't let that fool you. I have spent my fair share of time underneath and inside cars!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

ABS module is probably on the fritz. Have someone with vag com scan it.

Oil temp gauge is probably bad, change it next oil change (or before depending on which engine you have)

With the ABS, if someone scans the module withe VAG-COM (as redline suggested) and there is no response from the ABS module, then you'll need to have the ABS module rebuilt/repaired. This usually costs $100-150.

Thermostat sounds like it could use replacement, due to being stuck open.

Coolant smell with AC on could be heater core... hope it's not the case due to how time consuming replacement of it is, but it's the only thing I can think of.
Does your coolant level drop over time?
