There is an awesome reference you may be interested in do a search for B5 BT Goals. Dont think that it includes any prices though.

If i were you i'd read chao's "so you've decided to go BT" guide right now! It's amazing, helped me a ton! for you i'd either go with an Elim system or a Gt28rs (incase later on you decide that 275 just aint enough...) But another good thing about the Gt28rs is that it is one of the most popular turbo's so there's ton's of help and parts everywhere... and you don't get that with some of the Elim series turbos.
PS: Elim=eliminator, or turbos that have the basic insides of a Gt28rs (or just a smallerturbo that fits in the stock place) but the outsides of the stock turbo so it fits easier and you don't need as many supporting parts to make it work. Which is what make them nice to have. And they're cheaper too, which is always nice lol. But they don't flow as much. But if you don't need it to that's just fine too. It's all up to you.

Whatever you decide to do good luck hope i helped some.
