Hi folks,

I am now a owner of an Audi A4 Sport after trading in my MG.
I wish I done it years ago. Very,very happy with it. Here's hoping the forum is just as good.
Couple of questions from a beginner so please bear with me.

1/ Car registered October 2001. Does this make it a B5 or should I also check out the B6 threads. What does the "B" relate to.

2/ I have the audi symphony sound system. All works OK except the radio dies on me after a short time. Any ideas.

01 would be a B5.

B5=1996-2001
B6=2002-2005/6
B7=2005-2008
B8=2008-present

The B represents Volkswagen series B vehicle platforms.
