Alright guys, I bought this 96 with the bright idea we could change the clutch. Now we can't seem to get the transmission seated back against the motor properly. We've tried almost everything. Anyone have some tips on what y'all have done to get it back in?

 

The transmission has to go pretty much dead straight onto the motor to sit right, a few degrees off and it won’t line up. When you changed your clutch, did you change the flywheel as well? A single or dual mass? Maybe the clutch kit is not sitting right on the motor or may just be the wrong kit for the car.
