Chris isn't excited about the thread, he's excited about the idea of a4_2.8tuner being back so Chris can start sending him more love PM's.
Last I heard OP dropped the project, moved to Japan to live with his dad. He somehow managed to find the only black guy in Japan (and he didn't find him at KFC) and was introduced to the drifting scene. As he was involved in the scene, he met a fella named Han who became a fond of him. Long story short, Han lent his car so OP can race against DK (Drift King) around the damn parking structure.
And that's all I know for now. He'll be sending me more updates.

Hey guys! Just thought of this thread today. Im still alive, so no worries there haha.
Basically, the project has been at a standstill for a few months now.
Had alot of crap happen this past test which put the project on hold but things are starting to get back in swing. The motor should be done at the machine shop in the next few weeks, then we will begin the measurements for the completely custom, one-off intake manifold.
In the meantime I picked up a few different cars which ive been tinkering with too. Purchased a mk3 golf as s dsily, since my silver a4 was totalled, and did quite a but of work to that in a months period. Also picked up a white TT a few months back which is my new daily and im in the process of pitying air ride on it...ill try to get pics of everything up soon.
Again, I'm very sorry to all of you for not keeping up on this and keeping those interested in the loop. Sometimes life throws curves and you gotta roll with the punches

Actually, they aren't BLQs 
I would NEVER EVER purchase from rotiform. They have the worst customer service I've ever has the displeasure of working with. Not to mention, many of their designs are copied from other companies. In my opinion they're a poor excuse for a high end wheel company.
