I've started collecting parts, not a TON yet, but its a start

The motor is still at the shop, just need to get it to my garage. I am pretty sure i'm getting 2 VEI gauges from Podi for xmas from the folks.

also picked up:
*lower intake manifold runners-which i'll be custom building the plenum for.
*CNC'd Throttle Body Flange
*OBD2 VR6 Throttle Body
*VR6 Fuel Rail
*4-Bar FPR, which i may be selling and just sticking with the 3-bar
*Cast Turbo Manifold
*MAF sensor

and i also just picked up a 29"x11"x3" Bar/Plate FMIC (yes, huge I know), which should arrive in the next week or so. The intercooler will be receiving a black anodized treatment once everything is good to go and it'd been fitted.

Very cool build, I was always a bit disappointed that your car wasn't fast, but always looked so good. What made you decide on an old style 38mm wastegate, and I've never seen a company advertise an intercooler and include the inlet/outlet pipes on the length. Hell a lot don't even include the endtanks in the length. To bad you bought it already, cuz I'm trying to get rid of my evo comp. Basically the same size and better imo.

The 38mm wastegate isn't exactly an old style, its Just not vband if that's what you mean. It'll do just fine tho. That's just the style the mani came with so it'll do just fine.

The intercooler is a 24" length core. Dimensions are exactly what I was looking for. Its big enough for the power and flow characteristics I need, but will also aesthetically look proper

Yea I was referring to the non v-band flange 38mm, which is the old style 38mm. Not a problem, I was just curious. How much did you pay for that fmic? You obv doing custom piping with it, correct? That's why I was asking, cuz I'm selling my comp, but the piping was done for my old 50trim, so its having a hard time selling. But it would be great for someone in your position

I picked it up for 120 shipped. I was skeptical but all reviews of this company says they work great and it'll definitely suffice for my setup/goals

Im sure the er ic is better no doubt, tho.

I don't usually go cheap on things but if it seems legit, then might as well save money lol

Just ordered the Eurojet Grenade Diverter Valve...they've discontinued making this, so hopefully this company I purchased this from does in fact still have it in stock!

I was able to get the DV! I called the company and they had ONE left in stock, the LAST ONE IN EXISTENCE! i'm SO stoked. It's in black, rather than polished, but i'm totally fine with that. Once i saw it in person, i knew i HAD to have it, so i'm stoked i was able to get my hands on one!
