No Map?

There is no provision for a map sensor on myfactory intercooler and no map to be found. Is this right?

If you have a 99.5 and older AEB engine, you dont have a map.

so i don't have to do a diode mod? Is my boost governed at all then with respect to limp mode?

You cant up the boost on a AEB w/o a chip, if you do, it will run like **** and risk damaged. Just leave it be and get a chip

I've got a GIAC but i dont believe it is the GIAC+. Will that work. It already runs at about 16-17psi

then you dont have to put a diode on the map, just add on the mbc and turn up the boost to what you wish.
