No start - Codes inside

did you even try the TBA? if you got a code for it you should have tried the TBA

Yes. I followed the ross-tech instructions for manual TBA. No go. Cleared all codes and followed TBA via vag-com.. ERROR.

Good good, a new throttle body sounds like its just what you need.

Swapped TB this afternoon. P1545 remains.

I did the following:

Swapped TB - Cleared all codes... Codes will not clear.
Pulled battery terminals. Let sit 10 min.
Key on - Clear Codes - TB Alignment via vag-com shows ERROR on block 060 and codes still remain.
Thought it might be bad ECU. Put in good known working spare ECU. Clear codes... codes stay.

I am completely stumped and frustrated.

Maybe a short somewhere. DBW right there may be a problem at the pedal.
