When I turn off my car I hear this revving noise which slowly stops. Its almost like something is still spinning. Although it subsides rather quickly I dont know if it should stay spinning even after the cars turned off. Another thing I wanted to mention was that, when Im cruising and I take my foot off the pedal, its almost like the car is hesitant to slow down; the pedal comes off slowly.

Is this normal? Or do I have some massive expenditures in my hands?

not sure what spinning noise you're talking about. if your pedal is coming off slowly, you might want to check your throttle body and cable. as soon as you let off on the highway, you'll feel yourself deeper into your seat
