Is it normal for Oil Cooler Coolant hoses to have a slight bulge in them?

Is it normal for Oil Cooler Coolant hoses to have a slight bulge in them coming off the oil cooler? Similar to the pic below

Can't see the picture, but if it has a bulge that doesn't look "right" I would replace it as soon as realistically possible. Don't make it the next thing you do in life, but the next free weekend.

Yeah swap it out. It might be nothing major, but risking it for no reason is stupid.
