Audi b5 2.8 Automatic ZF 5hp19 going into reverse 1st and second but when it needs to go into 3 it sounds like it is in neutral when i take my foot of the accelerator and the car slow down to 20 KM/H it engage second, and can drive till it needs to go into 3d again
No fault codes on VAG-Com how ever the Vac Com show it is in 3d Gear
I ran it while the car is off the ground and it then went trough all the gears

I CHANGED the following
Transmission OIL, Shifter , Range selector switch , TCM (Was flooded with water)

You say no codes in VAG-COM. You are checking the auto trans controller? How about gear position, which VAG-COM will show as you move the shifter while the engine is off? Maybe there is still some wiring or connector damage due to the water.
