Alrighty, time for an update. I replaced my main o2 sensor which is working nicely now and I took my EGR valve out a couple days ago. My egr was completely blocked and carb cleaner didn't help so I ordered a new one which will go in soon.

The car just hit 160k and does have some engine issues though. I'm burning some oil (white smoke when starting/revving) and there is definitely an oil leak. Also, I can hear a lifter tick, so I'm guessing I have some sludge issues. I'm gonna go for a bit of seafoam in the oil and then then oil change with 5w40 full synth, I hope that will clear it out, I'm not really sure how to remove my oil pan and clear out the oil screen.

I hope everything with be alright, but I'll have to find some way to fix that oil leak.
