On and off beeping noise then these lights on the dashboard pop up

In the middle of the dash under the temp gauge and the fuel gauge, that rectangle with 3 sections, the top yellow, the middle red with the temperature, and the bottom red. Unfortunately mine is all broken, so i cant read anything. But sometimes while i am driving, i hear 3-4 beeps, and the middle part, where the temperature is, starts lighting up. Most of the time in the morning when its cold. But after driving for a while it stops. What can this possible be? Also, i hear a rattle sound when i start the car to. Would that have anything to do with it?

Coolant warning?
Windshield washer fluid warning?
Headlight or brakelight warning?
