Hi, I have just bought a 2009 Audi A5 Cabriolet.

When I start the car, the radio mutes, and there is a beeping sound.

After a few seconds the beeping stops and the radio comes back on.

Does anyone know what the beeping noise is for? or if it means anything?

might be the setting your lights are on (left of steering wheel). when i have mine in auto, i never hear noise. but other settings i do.
