So I am getting my car back today. However, I am quite angry because I took it in with the headlights not working. I told him that he should not fix them because I have already ordered the part from ECS and that I will fix it myself. However, He ordered the switch himself also and Installed it. He bought it for $220, and installed in 3 hours totaling $420. I am rip S***. He fixed my breaks for the cost of parts, $140. But I think he made up the labor costs for that with fixing my lights. The thing better drive real nice now

Here's a tip...
Whenever you go to a shop to get your car fixed, they should always draw up a work order that lists everything they need to do, and then you sign off on that and get a copy. If they do not do this, ask for one. If they refuse, go elsewhere. That way, if they do something more than what you requested, you can refuse payment because it was unauthorized work.
