Oil pump chain tensioner installed correctly?

Oil pump chain tensioner installed correctly?
I can't find this in my service manual pdf files anywhere or online. Can anyone confirm if the tensioner is on correctly? I'm just not sure about the metal clip, my dad took at apart while I was away at college and I'm trying to get my rebuilt block assembled.
