I keep seeing On and Off that some people have changed their 3" Head unit to the 6" version or approx. Center Console has to be changed and so On.

Please save me the Time for research. Has anyone done this esily. Where do you get replacement console. Any pictures of the finished product?

Yesterday I google "audi a4 b5 center console mod" and accidentally found everything you could possibly need or want to kno in a post.
He shows you all the different options, where they came from and how to interchange them.

I have successfully accomplished the swap. It's pretty straight forward and as long as you can find parts cars with the necessary bits you can save yourself a ton of money. If you cannot find parts cars, you can find everything on eBay. As long as you don't have a '96 like I do, you shouldn't run into problems. I know of maybe two others on this forum that have completed this swap as well.

Thanks man. These Days searching on Yahoo or Google shows nothing but Chinese or Indian Wholesale Junk. Like, Alibaba . Much easier on the Soul than just asking you guys.

 

if your willing to wait ill have an answer wednesday hopefully. You can get the parts off ebay it will just take a while to piece every single part together
