Ok, I think I have a few problems... again.
So it's been a while since I have been on here!!! Whats up everyone?
Ok so now that thats out of the way, my car is making a grinding noise every time I put the breaks on. It sounds like the pads are gone but they are not. They have about half of the pad left all around. I put brand new pads and rotors on last time I did my breaks. Any ideas? Also I am getting a bad clunking noise from my front suspension. I know it's not the tie rod ends or the control arms because I replaced those in July and it's still there. Any ideas? I am thinking maybe a wheel bearing but I don't think it would be that bad.

Edit: Oh and I have a small oil burning smell that you can only smell when I am stopped for a while at a light or something. It's not bad but I thought it might be coming from my valve cover gasket. I replaced that about 2 weeks ago and it's still there and I can't see any leaks.

when do you get the clunking? when breaking too? that could be the strut. check your suspension bolts too. can't think of anything else bout the grinding sound but the abs.
yeah sorry, the clunking happens anytime I hit a bump. When I am going slower it's a lot more noticeable than when i am going fast. As for the grinding thats what I was thinking to, the abs, I get a false abs activation every so often when i am moving really slow and then hit the brakes lightly. That has happened ever since I had my brakes done. But I don't think that is causing the grinding noise.

did you get pads with the wear sensor? if not, do you still have the old ones? you might need to just splice the 2 wires together. our abs sounds weird , other car's abs is louder and feel more in the peddle but not ours. if, it's not the abs idk wut lese to say lol. as for the clunking, i rly think it's a bad strut, the gas prolly leaked out and it's hitting metal against metal.
sounds like your pads wore on the inside without wearing on the out...check the pad on the backside of the roto all the way around...It's for shure your breaks...I have also seen a rock stuck on a roto and it made a sh!tty noise 4 a bit....
besides that it sounds like your shocks are done for....mine make the same air-y noise when they are compressed at a slower speed (like 10 mph on a speed bumb makes a weak dv "ch-sh" noise

check the nuts on the lower control arms for the clunking.. mine was doing something like that and it would clunk when i went over bumps, and clunk when i accel/declerated.
come to find out the nut was actually completly gone

sineo had a burning oil smell and she changed her VCG and problem was gone. i know you said you put in a new one too. check the bolts and stuff, maybe you didn't torque enough or something. maybe a bottle of stop leak could do the trick too
Oil leak = cam adjuster seal
Clunk = strut or control arm bushing
Brake grind = You screwed something up, or your brake light switch is sending faulty signals to the ABS activating the ABS.
