thank you everyone for the help. and i think ill keep it. also i kinda like the stock speed it has. not too much but decently powered. handles great. and great as a family car. since it was a stolen recovery i have alot of work to do to it. i need a steerin g column, need to fix my passenger side front and rear windows, fix the door locks, fix the sunroof, get a new stereo system, get a 4th a4 b5 wheel, and theres more. but this is just the stock stuff. i have to start my car with a screwdriver right now lol. and the doors dont lock. oh and just to make yall laugh alittle harder i have to unplug my battery everytime i stop somewhere so it doesnt die. something in the column is shorting it out. if theres anyone near me that would be willing to help me with this project please let me know, cuz i have -10 experience with audis.

id say replacing the ignition would stop the dying problem. i have a spare central locking pump that works if you want it. i have a steering wheel and airbag and steering comlun trim but not the column itself.

I'm on mobile so I'll ask where do you live? I have a set of sport 16's(4 or five if you want to use the fubar a's your spare) I'll let go for $25 a
piece. Or a set of b5 s4 wheels(4) I'll let go for $75 a piece. Neither set has tire both painted black. I can repaint silver bronze. Pretty much any color you can rattle can for a small fee. I'm in Missouri if that matters. If your interested pm me

im in oklahoma city. and i need a whole steering column. my turn signal switch is done. and about the central locking pump, i had a question. my locks dont work at all. i dont know whats wrong but every now and then they lock my doors and the switch wont work. which in turn locks my trunk and then i have to crawl through the back and unlock it manually. thank god my passenger window mounts are broken lol.

its in the trunk under the passenger side tail light in a block of foam. take it out , i happen to have one that works, but if your drivers side is gutted there might be a different problem. it was a stolen recovery you said. so you might need a new drivers lock mech.
