Default Once again: HIDs

Hey AF I currently have some chrome DEPO projectors (with angel eyes unfortunatly) and I was hoping to upgrade to black housing projectors. I do want HIDs somewhere along the line, and I was wondering if DEPOs black housing version is alright for HIDs. I just read that if you get projectors with plastic lens instead of glass they'll melt. I saw the E-Codes, but they don't look as nice as the DEPOs in my opinion, not as one peice. Here is a link to the headlight I want:

as opposed to the E-Codes that have a split. Also I was thinking of getting a 55w 5000k pair from DDM, because I'm looking for pure white with just a hint of blue. Anyone have any other suggestions?

Finally I'd like to get some fogs maybe and I was wondering if the facelift fogs could fit on my '98 if I bought the little lower grill trim peices for them. If so, I want them to be yellow, so whats best? Halogen or real HIDs and what temp HIDs.

Sorry about all the questions, just having trouble finding all the info and I really want some opinions.

I have those, but with angel eyes. They look great, have good quality. They support standard Halogen 55w, that means they won't melt if you don't have higher wattage than that. I use 35w Xenon in them, works fine. Don't know if they're actually approved for Xenon usage, but you're required to have auto level adjustment also...
