Default one piece headlights electrical gurus

Hi, i was just wondering if anyone has purchased the one piece headlights from ebay, the halo ones. The auction claims that no modification is needed but i the corner/blinker light connectors are not the same the seller wont reply so i have to modify the harness but im not sure how to go about it here is a picture of the connectors, the black one on the left is the one that came with the headlight and the one on the right is the one from my car two wires vs. three wires, is it possible to hook up the two wires with the positive, will that blow a fuse or do i have to use a relay? Any help would be appreciated

the stock one has 3 wires because 1 is a ground, 1 is for running lights and 1 is for blinkers. the stock bulb has 2 filiments in it. you need to get a multimeter and figure out which ones are used for the turn signal and splice those two wires into the new headlights. you will no longer have running lights on the front and one of those 3 wires will just be unused now. do not twist them together.

edit: alternately you can splice the positive wire that normally powers your running lights (the unused wire) into the power wire for your halos so they light up when your running lights are on.

depends on where you live and what the laws are in your state. as long as your main headlights work no police officer would ever pull you over just for having no running lights, you would have to really be looking for it to notice. if you had to go thru a DMV inspection they might catch it, though i went thru the DMV in CT with no bulbs in 2 of my side marker lights and the guy didnt notice. in some place like Maryland or California where they go over your car with a fine toothed comb, you might get caught.

Harnesses available online for a steep price, but worth it. Made mine myself by using old plug from headlamps, soldered it and put construction sealant in it. Was messy and looked shoddy even after a lot of hours. But it is possible

You'll have to cut through the backplate of the light to fit the modified plug also, if you don't buy an adapter.
You need to make new blinker adapters also.
