one-touch roll-up windows = borked
So to install my boost gauge (OMG!!! +13 HORSEPOEWR) I ran one of the wires to the battery, for a constant 12v source. Needless to say, I unplugged the battery in order to prevent certain things from going kaboom.
Now that I reconnected the battery, both of my one-touch rollup windows didn't work. After sliding my passenger-side down and up once, it works with one-touch now... but the driver's side doesn't. Any suggestions on what I should do?

kraut, I needed a constant signal. I tapped into the vent lights for an ignition and a ground; but you can't wire a constant to them. I'm not even sure what the hell is going on, one of the windows works just fine...
that is where i taped into for mine..... and everything is just peachy.... mine had troubles after the tt debocle, then i fixed a couple of wires and tossed the tt in my tool box and everything is great
you do realize it is an audi right?

After you reset the battery you just need to roll your windows all the way down, then all the way up and it will make the one-touch work. I'm not sure why, but this has worked for me.
