They did just that,by replacing my coils for free. what else they should've done in your eyes?

Every service center at a dealership I have ever dealt with were bigger crooks than the salesmen up front. So I tend to find the meth mechanics that do awesome work when their not locked up. lol

people at my audi dealership are all dicks. the same guy has been working parts forever, yelled at me one time because i gave him the wrong name for my key I ordered....turned out he can't spell and put in the wrong name.

pretty much, what it boils down to is, if your young (under 50) and driving a B5, then they know you're probably broke anyway, so they don't give a ****. They also have to deal with old (over 50) ******** with too much money and their heads stuck up their asses on a daily basis.

It doesn't excuse the rudeness either way, though. A call to the manager may help set things right.

The key is to not dress or act like a high school kid, you do that and they won't screw with you. I've never had any problems with any dealership parts counters even when I was 18 driving a beat E36. I made friends with a parts guy and he always gave me heavy discounts and once gave me a free jug of coolant, just because.
