Cant help you with your problems but that's a sweet setup dude. Any idea how much horsepower you can make with the K24? Anyone know where to get an exhaust manifold for that so I could try it?

I think that the K24 is good for up to 350 hp. The manifold is made by MTM and has good gas flow. I dont know where you can get hold of one now, but try MTM. It wont be cheap though.

Check immediately the turbocharger! DO NOT START THE ENGINE WITH THIS KIND OF PROBLEM! Remove the air inlet axial center hose of the turbocharger, in other words the compressor air inlet hose. Then check axial & radial gaps of the turbocharger rotor. Check also the turbocharger oil pressure supply. Check the engine oil level also. Repair & replace bad pieces. In the most cases the turbocharger is out of order when engine puffing off blue smoke and losing power.

Yes..... However it does not blow blue smoke on start up! So i am not sure whether it would be the valve stem seals. That is why i am confused....

The inlet axial are good. No in/out play, only minor (very) up down play and apparently normal??

Done the rest. All normal.

Not losing power though!!!!
