Ahhh, see if i go big turbo it would probably be a gt30, but thats down the road... however, what would a 9:1 compression do to my ko4 tuning?

 

Little. You probably wouldnt notice a differnce. With the lower c/r, you could run a couple extra psi on pump safer. I dont really see going anything below 9:1 since when its basically a street car.

 

But I wouldnt have any fueling issues? I really know little on how compression can effect things. Is there some reading you could direct me too?

 

nope, lower compression allow you to run higher boost before detonation

 

Ok, so it seems like lowering the compression a bit wouldnt hurt. But it seems that if i want Mahles im going to be spending atleast 600 dollars. Any opinions about Wiseco pistons?? They come with rings and everything.

 

thats what cincy is using in his 2.0 they are very good pistons

 

Yep. The do come with all the rings and there are many people running them. Mine also have the skirts coated. Thats another $75. its basically to cut down on friction and increase the longevity of the pistons

 

Where did you get that done? Or is that an option from Qed?

 

I got mine from pagparts. Arnold had the set in stock and i just went ahead and got them. If you order them like that, you would probably have to wait a week or 2 extra for them.

 

Hopefully i can find a set of pistons in stock, i dont need a month downtime [:'(]
