Question Plans for winter.

I've been lurking the classifieds for a while. I'm having a really hard time trying to decide what I want to do. Should I sell my car and get a S4, or buy a spare block build the **** out of it and go BT? I work at the dealer so labor is really cheap or free if I stay after hours with one of the techs. I've done a Crap load of repairs to my car already so I'm afraid that if I get another car i'll probaly have to do the same things all over again. Also whats available to build up the motors and what companies offer them?

If you work at the dealer then you well know how expensive it is to keep the S4 running compared to the A4. Parts are more expensive, labor is extensive, etc.
It depends on how deep your pockets are, myself i would build up the A4 and save yourself the insurance expense.

a4 1.8 is a lot easier to work on. the s4 is nice but i dont think its worth the hassle.

im doin the same thing this winter ^^

i would definately build up your a4 as opposed to an S4, its much easier both on your wallet and under the hood. what HP numbers are you looking to get out of the car? what do you want the car for, a daily driver, a track car, combination of the two? read the BT sticky and it will give you alot of info about parts and such.
