Get a Forge 007 DV and you'll be fine. Did you gap your spark plugs down when you put the chip in? You can't run the factory gap with that much boost. Gap them down to .028" (you may need to clean them up or replace them - if so, do so and make sure that the plugs are at that new gap when they go in).

I have a 2.8 so I'm not sure which ones are the best for your engine. Try just removing them, regapping them, and putting them back in - chances are you'll be fine. If not though, there's a bunch of posts in the archives that the Search feature should find, which will tell you what most members run when chipped.

Get new ones. Either way you'll need a DV so get that as well

Use the Search feature above and type in "1.8T spark plugs" or something along those lines. Hopefully with the forum format changeover the archives are still searchable. If so, you'll find a lot of info about it based on gappable plugs that others have used.

NGK BKR6E or BKR7E

7E is a cooler plug and is what you should probably use if you are in the 20psi range.

They are copper plugs though so they'll need changed every 5-10k miles. But at $1.80 ish / plug, thats not bad. Copper is probably the best conductor and heat disipator, but you can go with plats for $50ish and not worry about changing them nearly as often. Not sure about the plat part #, I use BKR7E. If you don't feel like dropping the cash for a Forge valve, you can get a Bosch 710N DV (as used in the 225hp TT) for $40ish.

Def read the stickies!

Yeah I bought the Bosch 710N and blew it in a few miles. Should've just bought the Forge or APR R1. Buy nice or buy twice
